~ sUn + Beach + BiKini + bErcadI = <3 ~

It has been two weeks now since I came back from Krabi and I wish I was still there..*bummer* It was really a nice and chill trip. Being just few steps away from the beach and a boat ride away from the superb islands..what more can you ask for?? People may say I’m a beach bum and HELL YEA I AM!!Proudly said!

Like a normal excited girl I am, I had all my stuff pack and ready to go pretty much early from the departure date..lol! When the day came I was all ready to go and .The flight there took only about an hour and 15min,was ubberly excited to even shut my eyes even though I was really tired. Soon after I heard the pilot saying we are going to land in few minutes, doll up got my stuff all ready to get my ass down the plane..and yes IM IN KRABI!!whoooooooo~

Bought the cab ticket to the hotel and eventually the cab driver became the tour guide for the rest of the trip..lol!! Really a nice man even tho he don't speck much English, could really see him trying his best to explain every single thing. As this trip was a free and easy trip we didn't not have anything plan for the day. Got change to our beach wear and off we go!

1st destination RAILAY BAY!! the island was breath taking..

2nd day - Kayaking + Elephant Tracking + Emeral Pool + Hot Sping had a good work out kayaking..buli2 hilang di paya bakau *__* panic juga la kejap..sudala tangan sakit gila..KICK!!imagine from 8 am til 12.30 inder the sun in the open sea..but it was really a good adventure. I actually freak out when i was on the elephant because she was so so big and imagine you on it and she is actually walking up a hill!! rasa macam mau terjatuh pi belakang juga la..lol!She is such obedient elephant and also well train.NEXT stop was an amazing god's work of art! Its actually a natural pool created by nature and shockingly the was was not even cold. To end the day we went to this so called hot spring..its actually a watter fall but the water is hot.I just didn't want to get out after that..hehe

3rd day - PHUKET!!!!!!! Wheeeeeeeeeee~ it took like 2 hours drive from Krabi there and it was a wet day*bummer* didn't really get to walk much as it was pouring off and on.Red flag was seen everywhere along the beach and the tide was pretty rough.

4th day - PHI PHI ISLAND!! Phi Phi Ley / Phi Phi Don / Maya Bay

Phi Phi Ley - The island that was the backdrop for Leonardo DiCaprio's "The Beach" is one of the most beautiful and majestic beaches you will ever lay your eyes on.As you take a longtail boat over to Phi Phi Ley you may experience some rough waters depending on the day, but even if you do, it is well worth the trip. As you approach Phi Phi Ley you may be somewhat unimpressed. At first glance Phi Phi Ley is nothing special to look at. Then, you turn a bend and see a stunning beach. If you get their early enough before the beach gets filled with people you can see quickly why Phi Phi Ley is one of the most famous beaches in the world.

Phi Phi Don - The land which is called a land to stay. Its a non-volcanic island, made mostly of limestone. Accessible from Phuket, with all visitors arriving by boat, Ko Phi Phi Don has great beaches and popular diving and snorkeling spots. Much of the island is a protected marine reserve. A place you will for sure enjoy the view.

Even though the tide was little rough and it actually drizzle in some part of the island, that didn't stop any of us on the boat from jumping into the clear blur water. Boat was stop and park right in the middle of the sea,one by one you can see people jumping off the boat with their own style..going snorkeling and feeding the fishes..Looking at all their faces you fill the happiness and warm feeling they get just being there. No stress no jams no city just one with nature.

At the end of the day all you can see is all smiles. It was really a nice island trip and i will do it again without thinking twice.

~DANCING = connecting and trust~

I am reading some books about dancing. What greatly surprises me is that they practically do not talk about music and pleasure. While I consider music and pleasure most important. I believe for all Tango dancers it is quite obvious. I would go even further: they define what dance is:
  • Dancing is the music played with the body.
  • Dancing is done for pleasure of the dancer.

As for me visual effects of dancing is secondary. Movement to the beat expressed in sounds has the magical effect on us: we come to the euphoria, trance. Dancing in a group we experience the powerful drive to unity.

Music was born out of dancing. Music is incorporated in us, since so many processes in and activities of the body are rhythmical. Musicians dance playing instruments. Dancers play the instruments of their own body orchestra.

Yes, that is what I mean by "music played with body". In the direct sense. Your muscles become strings, your bones become drum sticks, your lungs become resonators. No. More. Each pair of muscles and bones curries an oscillating tone. Your body is a whole orchestra! And your spirit is your composer, conductor, and choreographer.

Talking about dancing make me think about gym days where all we did was dance, dance and dance after school. It has been my routine for the pass years back in school days.A group of girls pack their bags for gym class, stretch, dance and go back home. Some of the days going for training was fun but some of the days i just feel like skipping class.(I guess that's normal)

Complicated choreography, with steps often set counter to the beat of the music in unpredictable patterns. How complicated can it be if we not only need to be dancing with a hard choreography but something on our hands.Check out this clip and compare with the second.

Human made music and our body sways with it.Feel the rythme and let is dance in you.

To understand Mother's Day and what it really means, you need to understand the person in your life called 'Mother'. Mother is one who nurtures you in her womb for nine months and brings you forth to enjoy the supreme blessing on earth, that is, Life. Mother is one who guides you through your infancy and turns the soft, helpless creature to the powerful and successful YOU. She is the guardian angel protecting you and supporting you, feeling for you and serving you silently always with a smile on her face. She prides herself watching you grow and provides you a shoulder to cry on whenever you need. She is every child's best friend.

Every single day should be a Mothers Day. The essence of the meaning of Mother's Day is in the fact that we should try and make this day every year a memorable one for your mother. She should cherish the special feeling of this day and the intensity of that feeling should last her the lifetime. This is the day to stop, remember, and pray for that special person in our life, without whom we would not have been, what we are today; a day to prove that all her efforts, towards making us a complete person, have been worthwhile and make her feel proud for us. In the broader sense of the term, Mother's Day is a day to be grateful to God for being so kind as to bless us with an angel in the form of Mother.

Mother's day is just around the corner.I really wish i can be at home telling you how much i miss and love you,I'm really sorry i cant be there...Wish i could hug you tight and wish you HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY but i know you understand why i cant.

I know we sometimes argue, and I sometimes blow my lid.But I still love you very much:I'm only just a kid in your eyes.Sometimes I need to push against the fences you erect,Even though I know they're there to shelter and protect.
I know you want the best for me and to keep me from all harm.I just want you to know I couldn't Have a better mom.
HAPPY EARLY MOTHER'S DAY TO ALL MOTHER'S!!

1st of all HAPPY BLESSED EASTER PEOPLE!!!*wish i was back home to celebrate will the folk but sadly i cant..missing them*

Unplanned events are normally better then plans events i can say.Was planning to go for jet ski-ing this weekend but the weather was not in favor and was not feeling well so an unplanned event came up.Just was ted to have a chill out day out from kl/pd. So decided to go to Malacca for ball-ball chicken rice and normal jalan-jalan.

Left pd around noon time just on time for late lunch in Malacca.Weather was cloudy but that didn't stop the 4 of us going around. After lunch next stop was Jonker Street but after 10-20m walk rain started drizzling. Before it started raining like cats and dogs we manage to grab a place in 1 of the cafe along the street.Ended up in Geographe cafe chilling, listening to smooth jazz and talking cock.

All started with hot drinks and the boys continued with killkenny while i had my coffee and indulge my self with my book.It was just a superb day to sit back and relax along with the nice music and cold weather. After few hours sitting we headed back for dinner in Anils crib.

The trip back was also good as the 4 of us was basically talking cock all the way especially Nishant and Anil. Was actually tired of laughing. All in all it was fun and chill day.Wish it was still the weekend.

Low Blood Pressure
Are you a thin woman prone to feeling fatigued, light-headed, dizzy and panicked? Do you have low blood pressure, cold hands and feet, large pupils and very flexible joints? Then you may have an instability in your sympathetic nervous system.
The sympathetic nervous system is the part of the autonomic (unconscious) nervous system that releases adrenalin. When the sympathetic system is unstable, adrenalin is released too easily. This causes panic and brain fog, as well as cold hands, and low blood pressure because the blood moves away from the extremities. Because adrenalin causes salt to be lost through the kidneys, there is also low blood volume. People with this nervous system disorder have 20% less blood volume than normal.
The syndrome affects about 10% of the population, mostly women. It has been called many other things including anxiety neurosis, hypoglycaemia, fibromyalgia and mitral valve prolapse. (There is commonly a benign floppy heart valve associated with the syndrome.)
The adrenalin is produced by the adrenal glands, which are part of the sympathetic nervous system and the hormone system. Excessive adrenalin production will exhaust the poor adrenal glands, and they will lose the ability to produce hormones such as testosterone, cortisol and DHEA. Hormone disorders may develop.
Women with an instable sympathetic nervous system may also develop acne (because the nervous system is closely tied to skin) and weight gain on the stomach due to depleted testosterone.
The syndrome is also associated with migraine headaches, candida overgrowth, and interestingly, the formation of thyroid antibodies (as in Hashimoto's disease).
Quick Test for Low Blood Pressure Syndrome:
Get your blood pressure taken lying and then standing. If it drops, you probably have the syndrome.
Conventional treatment:
Regular fluids and salt intake, beta-blockers and drugs to conserve body fluid.
Natural treatment:
  • Sleep 8 hours per night. The nervous system needs sleep to rejuvenate and function. None of the following treatmens are as effective as sleep.
  • Get adequate salt. When the syndrome is severe, salt cravings develop, but even milder symptoms benefit from regular salt intake.
  • Get enough rest. The nervous system in these women likes routine and rest. One weekend away is not enough. You need to be consistently less busy.
  • Avoid caffeine
  • Avoid artificial sweeteners, which damage the nervous system
  • Eat regularly. Women with this syndrome experience adrenalin when their blood sugar drops. Use small regular meals and avoid refined sugar.
  • Legs up the wall meditation. This is a yoga pose that will restore blood pressure the brain. Talk to your yoga instructor. You need to do it every day.
  • Magnesium to stabilise the nervous system.
  • Licorice root increases blood sugar and conserves adrenal hormones
  • Tyrosine
  • Homoeopathic medicine to stabilise the nervous system.
  • Organotherapy to support the adrenal glands
  • Acupuncture or Bowen therapy
