Eat more and actually get skinnier?
Sounds good to us.
No-one likes cellulite. But chances are you've got some, since figures suggest between 85 and 90 percent of women suffer from orange peel skin — including super-skinny celebs. But what if we said you can eat your way to a smoother bottom, legs and thighs? It's true. According to The Cellulite Solution by Dr Howard Murad, diet plays a big part in reducing dimples and improving the skin's appearance. How? It's as simple as this: monitor your diet so you're getting more of the foods that are good for skin, reduce inflammation and most importantly increase blood circulation, while cutting back on the ones that don't do you any favours. It's a cheap and easy way to fight those bumps. Plus, you'll be instantly healthier.

Foods to stock up on …
Salmon, tuna, olive and canola oils, sunflower and flax seeds, raw nuts (like walnuts, almonds, cashews, pistachios).
Why? Foods that are rich in fatty acids help repair skin tissue.

• Chicken, eggs, skim milk, berries and citrus fruits (like oranges and grapefruit).
Why? Amino acids will increase collagen levels in the body.

• Blueberries, strawberries, carrots
Why? It's believed that the antioxidants in bright fruit and vegies prevent tissue damage.

• Soy, cauliflower, spinach, oranges, eggs, peanuts, peanut butter, potatoes, iceberg lettuce and tomatoes.
Why? Because they're packed with lecithin, which strengthens the skin.

• Broccoli, peas and lima beans.
Why? They're believed to help fight inflammation.

Foods to stay away from …
Sure, they taste good. But if you want to banish cellulite, cut back on stuff that's high in salt, sugar and bad fats — which increase tissue inflammation. Experts believe the list below makes cellulite look worse:

• Butter and margarine.

• Hydrogenated vegetable oils (found in packaged foods and ready-made meals).

• Fast food.

• Processed cheeses.

• Biscuits with high sugar content.

• Cakes and sweets in general.

The biggest problem people have when they’re trying to lose weight is becoming fat phobic which i think is so stupid. It's clinically proven that we need healthy fat in our diets,You need to eat a balanced diet but not be afraid of fat.We should be thankfull to have food on our table every day of our life.Others are suffering because they dont have enough food to eat, they even kill to get food and dig the trash cans to get food. The only thing to do is work out and eat proper food =)

*hugs & kisses*
